NCP minister Nawab Malik claims Sameer Wankhede was part of elaborate plot to ‘kidnap’ Aryan Khan

NCP Minister and spokesperson Nawab Malik on Sunday claimed that actor Shahrukh Khan’s son was ‘kidnapped’ as part of a well laid trap by the Narcotics Control Bureau and some BJP leaders like Mohit Kamboj were a part of an extortion racket.Malik on Sunday addressed a press conference to claim that Wankhede and Kamboj were in cahoots with each other and that there was a ‘huge private army’ of people that were involved in extorting money from people who are being framed in such cases.“The NCB claimed when they raided the cruise ship, that for the first time in India there was an NCB operation in mid sea, it was however a fake case. Aryan Khan was kidnapped to demand a ransom; they wanted 25 crores, demanded 18 crores and Rs 50 lakhs was taken (from Shahrukh family).” He alleged that it was a ‘trap’ to catch Aryan Khan and extort money from Shahrukh but a ‘ a selfie by Gosavi’ spoiled the conspiracy.

He added that actor Shahrukh was being threatened that he should not speak up about his son being framed and money being extorted from him. “Messages are probably being sent to him (Shahrukh) to keep quiet as his son would be in jail for a long time if he spoke about the Rs 50 lakh extortion taken from him. I want to tell Shahrukh that he should come forward, as he is a victim in the case.”Malik added, “I am not fighting with NCB or the BJP but with those who are actually helping drug peddlers. I want to tell the BJP also that we are not fighting them. “The BJP should stop shielding frauds. The NCB should remove the dirty fishes from the pond. Whoever is responsible Wankhede, Manish Bhanushali or Kiran Gosavi, should be taken to task.” said Malik. The NCP Minister claimed that Wankhede and BJP leader Mohit Kamboj had met at a cemetery after the Aryan Khan case blew up. “Unfortunately the Mumbai police CCTV’s were not working that day however witnesses saw a bearded Kamboj meeting with Wankhede. The latter saw cops and got scared and hence decided to file a complaint saying that he was being followed by cops.”Malik said that the NCB was trying to threaten his family by again investigating the case involving his son in law Sameer Khan who was arrested early this year in a drug case. “We are not afraid of the NCB re investigating the case. We have come to know that the NCB has now gone to court against a Gujarat forensic lab report that showed that the stuff seized from my son in law was herbal tobacco. This is probably the first time that the NCB is going to court against their own forensic report.”Malik claimed those who were organizing the party in the cruise were inviting several Ministers and their kids to attend the cruise raid as part of the conspiracy to ‘frame them’. “Aslam Shaikh (Minister for Fisheries, port, Textiles) was being pursued by those organizing the cruise party to attend. It was an attempt to defame Maharashtra.”
