He launched the state government’s Mukhyamantri Ghasyari Kalyan Yojana (MGKY), a scheme for providing livestock feed that aims to benefit women in the hill parts of the state.Shah also appreciated the state government for completing computerisation works of all the 671 Multipurpose Primary Agriculture Cooperative Societies (MPACS) in the state. He highlighted the ongoing reconstruction works of the Kedarnath temple, and said Modi will unveil a statue of Adi Guru Shankaracharya in Kedarnath during his visit to the temple on November 5.Shah claimed the Congress can’t do anything for the state and alleged that the opposition party is visible only at the time of elections holding dharnas, demonstrations and press conferences. He also accused Congress of adopting appeasement policy.
